I remember a few months ago when my hip flexors were so bad and always in pain every time I did exercises I told her about it, and she immediately without wasting any time, recommended I do some massages and exercises at home and now I can proudly say that my hip flexors are in top shape and now I can do a lot of squats, row and leg extension without any problems.
