About me

Hi, I’m Regina a Level 4 Personal Trainer and a Level 5 Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 5 years of experience in both in-person and online coaching.

 

Sports have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve competed at a national level in track and field, played basketball, and tried combat sports during university. I’ve also been competing in Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit since 2016, and I did my first Hyrox competition five years ago.

 

I didn't start weight training until I was 20 because I lived with the common stereotype of getting “too muscular” if I even touched the dumbbells. But after just a few weeks of resistance training I fell in love with the impact it had on my life. I felt more energised, happier, stronger and more confident. 

 

I wanted to share this experience with others so I decided to become a coach. Since then, I’ve never stopped learning about fitness, coaching, nutrition, and lifestyle to help my clients reach their full potential.

 

My mission is to empower people to become the best version of themselves by showing them how strength training and fitness can enhance every aspect of their lives.

My aim is to help you achieve your fitness goals, and build confidence and a genuine love for fitness that goes beyond the gym.

  • Access to the CoachRx app to look back at the sessions we've covered together

  • Ongoing messaging, video and form feedback bespoke to you, your body and training goals. 

  • Nutrition and lifestyle coaching

  • Train in your own time and from any home/gym, frequency of training and times you train

Online Coaching and in-person sessions
